Christine brings a holistic talent approach to her clients. This includes macro strategies that optimize people’s work experience through talent development, engagement and workplace culture, and micro strategies that empower people to own their professional work experience.

Christine also serves as Business Leader Faculty® at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and the Lake Forest Center for Leadership, a facilitator for HerCSuite™ leadership development programs, and is an authorized partner for The Five Behaviors® assessments and workshops for building cohesive teams.

She went on to earn a Master of Science in Human Resources from Roosevelt University. Christine was inspired to attend Roosevelt University because it was founded on a dedication to social justice – what better place to get a degree in Human Resources? She enjoys connecting with fellow Lakers and giving back through the University’s mentor program.

She has experience with leader transitions, acquisitions, and divestitures, starting up and shutting down facilities and teams, cultural transformation, new product development and launch, and function turnarounds.

Christine is trained in Ken Blanchard’s Coaching Essentials®, has over 15 years of leadership and career coaching experience, and a Professional Life Coach certification. This supports a balanced approach to coaching for professionals whose work and life are intertwined. Christine’s background in talent management and strategy coupled with the art and science of coaching gives her the ability to develop a clear path of discovery and meaningful exercises for each unique individual she coaches.

Christine received her Women in Leadership certificate from The George Washington University School of Business. Her expertise in this area enables her to help females and their allies consider the challenges women may face in the workplace and how to address them.

Christine brings a positive, energetic, growth mindset to every engagement. She seeks to understand first, before giving feedback and making recommendations.
