Annual Alumni Awards

Roosevelt University takes pride in the amazing accomplishments of our alumni.  We want to celebrate and share their significant contributions through our Alumni Awards program.  The Office of Alumni Relations oversees the alumni awards review process and committee and can't wait to read about all the amazing things are alumni are doing in their communities.

Distinguished Alumni Award is bestowed to an outstanding alumnus/a and is the highest alumni honor recognized by Roosevelt University. The award salutes the achievements of alumni whose professional accomplishments and community service exemplify Roosevelt’s social justice mission. Distinct preference is given to one whose achievements have a significant impact on their field and the community at large.  One Roosevelt and one Robert Morris University Illinois alum will be honored.

Young Professional Achievement Award honors an alumnus/a who exemplifies extraordinary commitment and growth in their field and is under 35 years of age.
 
Alumna of Influence Award recognizes an alumna whose contributions and professional achievements to the community align with the mission of the Women’s Leadership Council of advancing and supporting women in leadership. This award will be selected by the Women’s Leadership Council.
 
Dean’s Alumni Award recognizes alumni whose service, dedication, leadership and support have been exceptional to students, the college, and Roosevelt University. These awards will be selected by each college's dean. 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have attained notable achievement and meets the requirements of the award
  • Must complete the nomination form and submit supporting documentation for awards including an application.  
  • Earned a degree from Roosevelt University or Robert Morris University
  • Each recipient is expected to attend the awards ceremony to accept his or her award, except in extraordinary circumstances.
  • Recipients cannot currently be employees of the University or on the Board of Trustees.
