RU alumni have access to support services, events and resources offered by the Office of Career Services. Schedule an appointment with us on-campus or virtually to discuss your career development needs.

Post, Search and Apply for Jobs on Handshake

Are you using all of our resources while searching for a new position?  Make Roosevelt’s Handshake job portal a part of your search. Roosevelt’s employer partners post jobs and internships on Handshake with the intent to hire RU students and graduates. You can also register for career-related events, make an appointment with a career advisor, attend career fairs, and network with employers in your field.

Follow these steps to create an account:

  • Viisit Handshake, in the upper right corner, click on "No account? Sign up here."
  • Next, enter your preferred email (you do NOT need to use a Roosevelt email, contrary to the menssage on the screen).
  • Select Roosevelt University as your school.
  • Create a password, agree to terms and click "Create account."

The Perfect Job Search

The Perfect Job Search is an additional online job search program and career resource center. It also offers self-paced learning modules that address the vital steps of the career transition and job search process.
