Diana is the newly appointed McHenry County Regional Office Superintendent.  She has worked in K-12 education since 1999.  She holds a teaching license in business, economics, a learning behavior specialist, general administrative, special education director, and superintendent licenses.  Diana has served as a teacher, coach, and administrator and on multiple educational committees.  She earned a Bachelor’s in economics from NIU, Master’s in Secondary Education from Roosevelt University, Master’s in Educational Administration from NIU, Educational Specialist from NIU, and is Ed. D, A.B.D. at NIU. 
 
Diana consistently volunteered to tutor students for free, mentor students, and show them how to achieve their goals.  Two of her mentees are currently Roosevelt students.  Diana has worked with legislators and has a bill currently being introduced about curriculum for Illinois School Code.  Over the years Diana coached high school volleyball, cheerleading, and various clubs.  Diana has hosted 4 foreign exchange students not only for personal enjoyment, but in the belief that bringing students from faraway lands to our students benefits all.  Some of the organizations Diana has volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, and Autism Hero Project.
